what I do
Service Design
Designing services from the ground up as well as improving existing ones. I use a unique systems-thinking based methodology to study problems, and design services that delight both, customers as well as service providers.
Design Research
A mix of quantitative and qualitative research including Grounded Theory, Phenomenology and Ethnography.
Systems Design
Using systems thinking to decode complex phenomena, and design future-forward, adaptive, scalable solutions. It involves creating systems maps and comprehending systemic dynamics to gain insights into the macro as well as the micro picture.
